About Onsellr ID

Trust that travels with the vehicle.

OID is neutral infrastructure for persistent vehicle identity, sourced evidence, consented contributions and accountable connected services.

The problem

Vehicle information is fragmented across owners, workshops, sellers, inspectors and service providers. Buyers often see only a moment in time, while trustworthy history is lost at each handover.

The OID approach

One OID remains attached to the vehicle. Events keep their source and verification state. Control can transfer without rewriting history, and external services receive only the fields explicitly authorised for their role.

Neutral by design

No dealer, mechanic, owner, insurer or marketplace is the permanent home of an OID. Each participant contributes or acts through a defined permission boundary, with sensitive actions recorded in an append-only audit trail.

Built as infrastructure

OID includes public vehicle records, controller workflows, contributor tools, a certified agent marketplace and developer APIs. The network is designed so existing automotive businesses can integrate without surrendering their customer relationship.
